Throughout a geographical band running from San Francisco south to San Jose and across the State through the east bay areas, Fairfield, Vacaville, Woodland, Davis, Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Yuba City, Marysville, Lincoln, Auburn, Grass Valley, Nevada City, Truckee and over the state line to Reno, I have or make appropriate facility arrangements in the various locales not far out of the geographical band described. I have ongoing arrangements for the use of facilities in some cities as indicated below, or line up special facilities as needed, always emphasizing comfortablyl appointed, furnished and professionally suitable locations.
NOTE: When requested by and agreeable to all parties, the ADR process may be conducted at the office of one of the parties or attorneys, so long as I can be assured that it does not disturb anyone’s certainty of my complete neutrality. I offer a $25 per hour discount on my services when the parties provide the facility.
SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA and SOUTH BAY
51 Campbell Avenue, Campbell, California: A large professional conference room with seating for up to twenty and break out rooms. Three alternative sites are also available in the Campbell and San Jose area.

131 S. Auburn St. Grass Valley, CA. This is the historic Old Post Office Building with a large law library/conference room and suitable breakout space.
NEVADA CITY, CALIFORNIA
206 Provident Mine Road office complex. A nicely furnished and comfortable room for up to eight and a separate breakout room.
